French Tutoring
Are you going to France on vacation and need to brush up on your French? Maybe looking to be inspired by some French poetry? Hoping to perfect your accent? If the answer is yes, my French tutoring services might be for you.
I offer 30-minute and 1-hour French language lessons to take place either in person or via Zoom.
These lessons can be customized to fit your specific needs and interests and can be modified for any level - from basic to fluent. Beginner phrases, accent work, business vocabulary, poetry analysis, existentialism, linguistic studies... Let me know!
I am fluent in French, having studied it in school both in the U.S. and in France. I hold a B.A. in French from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana, and also studied in Paris - literature at Paris IV - La Sorbonne and linguistics and poetry at Paris VII - Diderot. In my time at Tulane, I served as a Teaching Assistant for Basic and Intermediate French and translated portions of textbooks from English to French for the local International School of Louisiana. I have also tutored privately for several years.
